Account & sign-in

  • Create an account at app.arclly.com or in the Arclly mobile app
  • Reset your password from the sign-in screen
  • Sign in with Apple is available when other social sign-in options are offered

Subscriptions & billing

  • Manage Apple subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device
  • Manage Google Play subscriptions in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions
  • Web subscriptions billed through Stripe can be managed in the app under Settings → Subscription

Privacy & data

  • Export or delete your data from Settings → Privacy in the app
  • Policy and privacy-rights links are in the site footer
