Your data, your choices
Arclly is built so you stay in control of your reflections, memories, and legacy preferences.
This page explains how to access, export, delete, and manage privacy settings in Arclly.
1. Privacy Dashboard (in the app)
In the Arclly app, open Settings → Privacy to:
- review privacy preferences
- manage sharing defaults
- control AI feature permissions
- manage voice and legacy consent settings
- view linked policies
Additional controls may be added as new features launch.
2. Export your data
You may request an export of your available content from Settings → Privacy → Export Data.
Exports may include journal entries, reflections, MyArc content, and account metadata where applicable.
Processing time depends on the volume of your data.
3. Delete your account
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
After deletion:
- personal data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period
- some information may remain in secure backups for legal, security, or disaster-recovery purposes
- deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Account deletion is required to be available where accounts can be created (Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1).
4. Withdraw consent
For features that require separate consent (voice, AI narration, legacy transfer, family collaboration, etc.), you may withdraw consent where technically feasible through Settings or the relevant feature screen.
See the Consent & Sensitive Data Policy for details.
5. Marketing & analytics
The Arclly mobile app does not sell your personal memories.
Product analytics are limited to understanding app performance and feature usage.
Website cookie preferences are described in our Cookie Notice.
